                                      “The month of May is the Gateway to summer”

      Welcome to the 2nd Quarter, and just like that we’re almost halfway through the year! 

                       Here are 4 ways to thrive through this quarter:

1. SPEND TIME ANALYZING THE FIRST QUARTER

         - Before we set goals for the rest of the year, ask yourself where did I make progress on my goals for 2023? What went wrong ? Or better yet, if you were starting the first quarter over again what would you have done differently?

 2. LEARN THE LESSONS FROM Q1

     - Now you’ve done your research, look at the things that went well and why? Did you miss your deadlines? If so what tools need to be installed so it doesn’t happen again? 

   3. CELEBRATE YOUR WINS!

   - Don’t go into Q2 without celebrating wins from Q1. Look over the things that went well and allow yourself to feel good about it. Even if it’s small to you still celebrate your wins, this tells the universe your thankful and allows even greater win to come into fruition. 

4.  SET SMART GOALS FOR THE QUARTER

- Be specific , what exactly are you trying to accomplish ? “Increase sales” is not specific enough. Only set goals that are possible to achieve as well as set a strict deadline.
