“The secret of change is to focus all of your energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new.”

5 NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS FOR A BLISSFUL HEALTHY LIFE

1. READ MORE BOOKS : January is the perfect start of the new year to snuggle up and feed your brain with new knowledge. Better yet, invite a friend who can keep you accountable and connect on the pages read.

2. PRACTICE MINDFULNESS : Anxiety can creep up anytime of the year but daily gratitude and mediation can eliminate this. Close your eyes, breath, reflect and give thanks for what you do have. This sends out good energy, eliminates stress, and brings you more abundance than ever before.

3. BUILD A BETTER BUDGET : If there is one New Year’s Resolution that can help you grow this year and in the long run it is making a vow to save more money. Before you start 2023, outline a rough budget that works for you and make a plan on how you’ll stick to it.

4. COOK SOMETHING NEW THIS WEEK : I know. We all want to eat healthy this new year, but now it is time to also try to eat more diverse foods, after all variety is the spice of life. Lets start the new year in the kitchen.

5. CREATE A CLEANING SCHEDULE THAT YOU WILL STICK TO : When you organize your space, you have a clear mind to take care of other delicate task. We all are in a rush but if you just take a few minutes when you take out something or use a dish clean and put it back immediately, this will save you a lot of time and keep things tidy. Also setting a certain day each week (Sundays work for me) to do a deep clean this will help keep things organized as well.

Let’s Get it. See you in 2023.
