Happy August,

Here we are 8 months into the year, and we will then be into 2023. Time

is flying and it’s very important we consume healthy food to increase are

our concentration. Here are 5 Foods To Help you Focus :

1. Blueberries – This fruit is high in nutrition and low in calories, making

this fruit a favorite among many.

2. Fatty Fish – Including Salmon, Tuna, and Pollock are among the most

concentration and memory.

3. Eggs- Eating eggs gives you a boost of tryptophan, which helps the

body produce serotonin.

4.Leafy Green Vegetables – Including Kale, Collards, Broccoli, and

Spinach. Not only do they keep you focused but are a great energy source.

5. Nuts – Include high levels of Omega-3 Fatty Acids which are vital for the

brain’s cognitive functions. Eating nuts has also been linked with improving

moods.

 In Summary there is no escaping that the foods we eat have a

profound impact on our cognitive performance. Healthy food

choices are important for focusing and the type of food we eat
