10 habits that nourish Mind, Body, and Soul:
“Always wake up and give thanks “– this sends good vibrations to the universe and set the tone for being for being woken up another day.
“Prepare your to-do list the night before” – waking up and already knowing what you have planned for the day feels amazing and eliminates stress I promise you!
“Protect your energy” – pay attention to how you feel around certain people if it inspires you great, if it does not LET IT GO.
“Mediate or Journal” – dedicate at least two hours to yourself with no distractions to calm the mind and create something new.
“Make your bed each morning” – I know, it sounds weird, but this will help calm your mind and make your day more productive.
“Drink water” – this helps keep your energy up and increases brain function.
“Make sleep a priority” – 7 hours keeps u looking and feeling fresh.
“Do what make you happy “- who cares what other people think, we are not here forever.
“Spend time with those you care about “– everyone else is irrelevant.
“Treat yourself and your body “– Get your hair done, go get a manicure or Pedi , when you look good you feel good and don’t let anyone tell you different.
