      SUMMER IS A GREAT TIME TO THINK ABOUT HOW TO BECOME

THE BEST VERSION OF YOU, SO HERE ARE …                 

5 WAYS TO STAY HEALTHY THIS SUMMER:

         1. STAY ACTIVE

- With the summer heat, it is very important to not only look good but feel good. Make a weekly exercise routine and stick to it.


         2. STAY HYDRATED

- Water is the perfect way to not only stay hydrated but it keeps your appetite in check. Get creative, you can even add fresh fruit to increase the taste.

        3. EAT FIBER DAILY

- Vegetables, fruits, nuts, and grain are rich in Fiber. Fiber helps you stay full, so you are less likely to eat mindlessly. Strive to eat at least 25g of Fiber daily.

 

4. LIMIT ADDED SUGAR

 - Save your six teaspoons for a special desert or a cheat meal. Read those labels, there’s more back there then you think!

5. DON’T OVERDO THE ALCOHOL

- Alcohol can lead to unintended outcomes. Studies show that we make poorer food choices if we have alcohol in our system. A serving of alcohol contains about 100 calories. Especially mixed drinks. Choose your FUN NIGHTS WISELY!
